We supply Grade AISI 4130/AISI 1020 / 1018 /ST 52 like Medium Carbon Steel Seamless pipes with High strength of 800 MPa. (show the difference between our 4130 and normal 4130) Industrial used AISI 4130 are very low Strength and can’t be used in automobile industries for the structures like Chassis. They are to be chemically treated to induce strength in them. We chemically treat AISI 4130 and increase its yield strength up to 750-800 MPa. Along with increasing the strength of the material, elongation is also the parameter which should be taken care of. Elongation is the unit to measure bending of pipes. For example, consider a pipe with cross section of 25.4 mm & 2mm wall thickness with 10% elongation. Now when it is bended on rotary hydraulic bended, it will buck faster that the same cross section pipe with 20% Elongation in it. Material will 10% elongation will withstand hardly 15-25ᵒ of bend. Wall thinning &ovality like defects are also due to lack of elongation in the material. The maximum lengths of these tubes generally we offer are 3 Meters. It is Available Sizes are:

Build your vehicle with Light Weight & high Strength Material. Aero Space Aluminum Alloys like Al 7050 T6, Al 7075 T6 & Al 6061 T6 which are light weight & High Strength. There is lots of Grade of Aluminum from Grade of Al 1000 to AL 8000 Series. Strength of the material increases, with the ascending order of numbers in Series. Generally, for strength purpose uses of Al 6061, Al 6063, Al 7050 & Al 7075 is preferred but all have same density. These materials are imported from European countries and are not manufactured in India. T6 is a special type of heat treatment process done to 6 & 7 Series Al Alloys. It is called precipitation Hardness. Harness of 80-100 HBN is done in T6 heat treatment process which increases the yield strength of alloys up to 20-30%. Unlike in gears, Al alloys are heat treated before machining of the material so that there is no variation in dimensions after machining. Moreover, machining of aluminum is faster than M.S and so you can work with greater feed rate & deeper depth of cut which will reduce the production time. We prefer use of Al 7050 T6 which has similar strength of Al 7075 T6 but there is lots of rate difference between them.
